My order ID is -9314105347 booked on 19 Oct 15 which was supposed to reach at me between 23-27 oct 15.
As per website ordered was shipped to hyderabad on 21 oct 15.but product didnt reached till 23 oct 15. Then I called to customer care which told me to contact to Gojavas with WB no. and to my surprise Gojavas said the WB no is incorrect which is 7227123164 .
Then again I communicated with customer care and this time I got apology that the matter will be solved shortly.
After this issue Snapdeal tracking website started showing that the WB no is incorrect.
After that I got mail that problem has been resolved and your order will be shipped through Velex Logistics.with same WB no-7227123164 .
Velex showing they received order on 25 oct 15 at hyderabad.so when the product actually received at Hyderbad?
At the end of 27 Oct 15 which was the final day of delivery.i.e. max limit again I called to customer care and customer care was totally clueless that what happened as website was again showing wrong WB no.
I asked let me talk to your manager and got reply that manager is not in office.
I asked Velex contact number at hyderabad which no where present except one non- functional number 040-66338082. Customer care gave me Mumbai number 022-27562211.hilarious.that too was not working.
So even customer care dont know their very own Courier partner number.
So I asked to write a complain and send it to my mail and mobile number which is obviously not sent.
So do you actually shipped my order.or you are just putting my money in bank and earning interest for free.as I did payment while booking.
I Doubt that you didnt even shipped my order.at least not yet.
Do not play fraud with your customer.
Give me a reason why I shall not go to consumer court as this is the last option left.
