The site to which I give the last preference

I’ve purchased only a 5.1 channel speaker on Snapdeal and decided not to shop on Snapdeal again. I’ve received a damaged product ( low volume) .


I asked for a replacement but they replied that the speaker was out of stock and then when I asked for a refund, they said that it’s not  possible as the seller doesn’t accept refunds.
