I have done few shoppings online through ebay and I was searching for some some more such websites. I tried flipkart 2 3 times but it only delivers books here at my place.. Then I came to snapdeal. After reading lots of negative reviews here at MS, I rejected this option.
But one day my friend told me he has bought 100s of things through snapdeal, that too with COD and they have delivered it in 3 days everytime.
So, I too thought of giving it a try and ordered two game disks. Placed my order on 2nd July, received shipping details by evening along with expected delivery on 5th July. And they delivered it today, thats 5th July. Kudos to the delivery partner FirstFlight also.
Ebay registered sellers never provided that fast delivery, nor they provided me with COD option. All the snapdeal sellers don’t provide COD option, yet most of them do so.
The only problem I had was in placing order. It took 2 3 trials and almost half an hour to checkout after finalising the cart due to the slow loading time. Mailed a complaint against the same and got a prompt reply. However they haven’t provided me with a solution to the same after sending two mails along with snapshots but would surely recommend snapdeal...
