I am writing this review of purchase on snapdeal with great disappointment.

I ordered mobile phone on 5th December 2013 .I got SMS on 6th stating my item has been shipped.
I was trying to track my order on7th, 8th, and 9th December but I was failed to contact the courier company( ECOM Express), no body picks up the phone but there is a automated message and my mobile currency was charged every time for 10-15 times.ive
In between I called snapdeal to track my order and they just give same phone number for tracking. Again I wasted my money in calling snapdeal
Finally got the mobile on 10th December(yesterday) but it was different color(very disappointing).
Then again I have to call snapdeal office and informed about this, but they are saying they need 24-48 hours to look in to this issue.
I have already called 4-5 times from yesterday but same response.
I have to gift this mobile on saturday to someone on special occasion and this is really frustrating.
I dont know what to to do., I have lost faith in SNAPDEAL.
I dont know how to contact higher authorities of snapdeal.
Probably I will take help from my cousin who works for media company.
