I ordered a watch(Titan 9476SM02J) from snapdeal.com on 15th Dec 2014.Firstly, there was a lot of delay in the delivery. After my continuous follow ups, I received my order today(after 9 day). Most surprisingly when I opened the order I got an empty box.There was no watch inside.
I opened it in the presence of the delivery boy.This is really shocking to see this heights of cheating and fraud from snapdeal. Moreover that supplier I still present on snapdeal after my complaint (it means snapdeal still hasn’t taken any action).
I have lost all my faith in snapdeal. I would never buy anything from Snapdeal again and would suggest the same to others .My order number is 4011261238 (name - Ankush Goel).
