Snapdeal is a ghastly online shopping portal. While their homepage states big promises, the company fails to deliver on any of them. They do not tell you when product is not in stock and end up giving you something else. Their delivery people are thoroughly unprofessional. Mails are never responded to. Customer care people will tell you, "I am not the best person to handle this and so you will get a call after 24 hours, " but no one calls.
They give you the wrong product and when your not satisfied, they give you Snapdeal cash, which goes to waste because you do not want to order from the company again after such service. In the end, they have fooled us, we’re the losers and they unethically win with their morally wrong ways.
Snapdeal is built on a "cheat the customer" policy.
I recommend to everybody never use this site again. If huge discounts lure you, you will find many other sites offering you the same with exceptional services. But never count on Snapdeal, they are a complete waste of time and money.
