I had brought PUMA sportshoes from snapdeal. I found the shoes to be tight and wanted to return them, The courier person took the shoes after I placed a return request. However I have not get got my money even after 1 month.
This is pathetic. When I call them there is no option to speak to a customer executive. There is just an interactive voice response.
This is absolutely pathetic.
