I had ordered Samsung S5 mobile phone online through snapdeal & had fully paid it online.
Got the consignment after three days.Was shocked to see a stone in that consignment instead of Samsung S5 phone.(i felt something fishy about the shipped consignment to me - so recorded the while un-packing them)
Later complained to snap deal. They asked me to send the proof.I sent them the very next minute but till now they have not reverted back.
At first they sent me a stone. Later they were not bothered.Called them almost 20 times to get the update. But they say it will take 48 hr. & it is under trust pay, so nothing to worry.I am really feeling very bad about the experience. Dont know what to do.
