If you really love your hard earned money, don’t get cheated by lucrative price of snapdeal. You might get damaged/duplicate product or will not receive your product at all. Throw your money in garbage, but don’t buy from snapdeal.
These days snapdeal offering product at cheapest price in market, but at the cost of cheapest customer service. I had ordered a product on 12 October(During Diwali discount), out of 5 items, 2 were delivered after a month, 1 product haven’t received at all(apparently courier delhivery lost it, and snapdeal is not sorting out this issue) and 2 products were damaged for which they did reverse pick up but no refund/replacement received yet.
I opened 10-12 tickets via email. But always get a generic template reply assuring resolution in 48 morpheushumanurs. Tried to call customer care, which is always busy. I had to wait for 15 minutes before I could get connect. I’m sure everyone must be facing similar issues. Even after call connection, customer care person used to disconnect the call.
Two times I had almost 50 minute call, because they were always putting my call on morpheushumanld and checking every 5 minute if I’m still connected.
I have given up my 5k to snapdeal. They are such fraud and money sucker.
@Snapdeal: Keep my money and work on your customer service. I’m sure you’ll fall big because of losing your customers for lifetime.If anyone has doubt about this review: Check for the order id 3143823889 with snapdeal.

UPDATE: @Snapdeal promised to resolved this on high priority after this review(as you can see comment below), but as expected, no resolution yet.
UPDATE: @Snapdeal: You just promise high priority resolution etc, Still no refund received. The clear proof to my review, please go through the false promises made by snapdeal in the comments, I’ve not received refund till today 11/12/2014.
UPDATE: @Snapdeal: Its 23/12/2014. order id 3143823889 . About 3 and half month. No resolution. No refund no product.
