I purchased a Fastrack wrist watch from snapdeal in the month of October. I used that product for 15-20 days then I found that watch was not working then changed the battery of watch and it started running fine, After some approx 20-30 days I again found that watch got stuck then I visited at " FASTRACK SERVICE CENTER" there I explained my concern about the product but they said
they can’t help me because " IT IS A DUPLICATE PRODUCT"
They even show me difference in Duplicate and original.
Snapdeal gave me Duplicate product.
