Here is my experience .
I ordered HP 15-AF002AU Notebook(AMD APU E1- 4GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 39.6.
Laptop from Snap deal .
This has been a horrifying experience . They took a long time to deliver the product .
We virtually had to track the Blue dart courier at our place and personally track and receive the order(Dec 6th to Dec 17th).After all this out troubles were far from Over . We found that the laptop display is not working .We called Snap deal immediately, they told us they will arrange a pickup within next 48 hours and your money is safe with us and asked us to log a ticket for the replacement or the refund process .
"A return / replace request is under process(Ticket Id: 15754157)" was created by me . They called us the very next day and told us that they need it certified by hp as a faulty product .They are asking us to visit a hp service center to get it certified . All through this harassment I have made at least 50 calls to all their levels requesting them to take the product back . We also called hp who did the preliminary check - like the residual power check and trying to flash the bios and so on .
They concluded it had a faulty motherboard or the display .Snap deal is not ready to take the ticket number provided by hp
We visited the service Center .The issue was with a loose display cable .Iam Glad the Issue is resolved now .
