Only one soap received for the price of 3
No proper customer care, no proper email id as well.
I tried with the useless features available on snapdeal to raise the complaint about the product incomplete product received.
The customer care has automatic voice call.
the email id support@snadeal.com bounced back.
what to do now?
I spent 70 rs. to buy one soap of lux.
I have wasted much time in trying all the useless options on snapdeal website.
I can’t understand, how they have a website when they do not have a customer care at all.
