Best Price, Bad Support

I had purchased 5 items from Snapdeal and was satisfied. Then I saw LED TV deal with discounting, which tempted me to go ahead and buy.


Then this, started my bad time.


Ordered product on 2nd March and received item on 6th late evening. Local Delhi to Delhi delivery by Gati Courier.


Order number 1767587259


Complaint Number: 5389999


Product: Philips 42PFL7977 42 Inches Full HD 3D LED Television.


Raised complaint on 7th March as LED Panel was had fault/broken Internally .


12 March: On Snapdeal request send picture of faulty TV.


Called again for update on 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26 March but only standard answer


"Escalated issue, will revert back in 48 hours."


Till date no reverse pickup or refund process started. Not even single call since I had sent pictures.


Also if you give lower rating to Snapdeal on Mouthshut, then your review will not be visible to anyone.


Update:


27March: Got call from Snapdeal 011-66610303 and arranging for reverse pickup.


29March: Courier reverse picked up by NUVOEX.


3April: Received email "Amount will be credited back within 5 to 7 business days into your account."


4April: Received money back in my Credit Card.


After my experience, Snapdeal do refund money but its slow. Hence edited my review above...
