I unlikely have placed two order in snap deal IDs(4549404514) on jan 21 and when I looked at the product with my location pin code it showed me as 3 days to delivery it has not to delivery my products till now. when I tried to call customer care there simple answer is return back the product when it reaches your place and we will get our cash back once it reached back. It is worst process I haven’t seen in any other shopping sites. Please I request you to don’t take orders if your are unable to delivery the product in time and don’t waste customer time on this.
I need my cash back asap.
