SNAPDEAL should change their Name to SNAP THIEVES

Re: ORDER NO.: 3250684870 Order Placed On: 2014-10-18You cannot ignore customers if you have to sustain in the online business. I placed an order for a CANON Printer from Snapdeal on 18th which was supposed to be delivered by 26th then it was changed to 28th.


I waited the whole day at my home for the shipment to arrive. In the evening I checked the wrong information on the website of the "dur"GATI courier company "Undelivered due to CUSTOMER REQUEST ANOTHER DATE DELIVERY" which was completely false and untrue as no one showed up or even called me. Waiting for the product to arrive in vain for two more days, I sent an email to SD customer support on 30th to cancel the order and refund the money. I received an/ONLY email on 31st Oct with Refund Reference number:KKBKH14213125115 and was asked to get in touch with my credit card company to know the status. It has been over 2 weeks since then the money is not reflecting anywhere. I have sent a series of emails to SD with no acknowledgment or no one even bothers to reply back. I have called SD customer care numerous times to get the same answer "request is under process".


It does not take this long for even eggs to hatch. Yesterday, I called SD twice and was told the systems are down, well I can understand that part, SD is soon going down everywhere. Today this lady I talked to(Sakshi) refused me to talk to her supervisor and said there is no supervisor available and I cannot talk directly to the team leads. I do not want to use abusive language to such a process, but I hope you are intelligent enough to read in between lines.


I have called my credit card company to raise a dispute for this transaction. I was one of the loyal SD customers and have placed so many orders in past couple of years.But with such a bad experience this was my last order from SNAPTHIEVE. I wanted to make it public by reporting my experience on this forum and to every online buyer I know. I cannot hamper their business so much but this would be my small contribution in exposing their real image.


If sent an email to SD COO Kunal and CEO Rohit and have asked them to refund my money if they’ve  some conscience left otherwise I will understand I have given that money in charity for arranging firewood for setting ablaze SD pyre.


NEVER EVER BUY THINGS FROM SD. They are no more same as they were uptill six months ago. They have lost it all.They do not meet dead lines. They would keep your money for weeks and will never ship the product on time.


Very dissatisfied with SNAPTHEIVE and your disgusting Support.
