I ordered a pack of Omnigel cream (4x75gms). I took delivery paying RS. 499/=. But there were only 3x75gms in the pack. I intimated the short supply to Snapdeal. It took 21 what’sapp communications and still without a solution. Snapdeal asks me to return my packet with original pack, packing slip etc. How can I handover the tubes to a stranger when he comes to collect it. No acknowledgement is given too. Knowing they cheated once how can I hand over my purchase without even an acknowledgement to a stranger. Snapdeal is still trying to cheat. A fraud organisation which trys to get away after fooling. Don’t touch it with a nine foot pole. They will cheat you.
