Snapdeal sucks....

This is regarding Order No:947621639(SYMPHONY AIR COOLER SUMO JR.) and Complaint No: 2004703 which was delivered on 24 April at 1.30 PM it came with HOMESHOP18.COM wrapper wrapped reversed, the knob was broken when I unpacked it and one of the auto lovers is not moving, I have reported it over phone at 2.10 pm and sent the images at 3.10 pm on the same day.


The email telling me the complaint no. told it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Its 5 days I have not received any updates and when I called up today the REP Harsh put my call on hold for 15 mins before I hung up.


This is to make people aware that don’t ever shop with snapdeal.
