I ordered a cover for my external HDD, the delivery period was 7 days from the date of order. I found this to be good deal and ordered the cover and already paid via debit card. But I never expected such a late delivery from snapdeal. It literally took almost 26 days to deliver the cover for my external hdd. And that’s not it. I called the supplier and he said we will deliver it soon and every time I used to call they used to give me same response. Finally they deliver the cover.
And guess what it was the wrong product. It was the cover external hdd but not what I ordered. I called them again, and he said we will return to collect it back but that never happened.
And from that day onwards I literally never ordered anything from snapdeal. MY friend also had similar issue.
