I brought 5 deals from their website as I wanted to go for lunch as it was my mom’s birthday. I called up the hotel to book a table and was told that they were not serving dinner that night because they were cleaning the hotel. The hotel guys were rude and asked me to deal with Snapdeal.
The terms and conditions said that they were not serving dinner on Wednesdays and Thursdays and I called for a reservation on Tuesday. When I contacted Snapdeal they have been least bothered. The sent a totally false emailing saying that they tried calling !! utter nonsense, rubbish. There was not even a single call.
They robbed me of my money but selling a fake deal.. Guys beware when buying deals !!
I wouldn’t recommend Snapdeal even to my enemy...
