This order was for 5 nos Milton Thermas Flasks; 1 Steel Carafe and 4 Milton Nancy flasks, I received the Steel carafe after 2-3 days and it was OK.
I received the 4 nos Milton Nancy Flasks after 7-8 days of order and it had some issues.
On 12th Nov I wrote to snap deal:
The description of Milton Nancy Flasks on the website is for Plastic & Stainless steel whereas the product is Plastic and Glass.
The package is witmorpheushumanut any protection, just four flasks in individual shelf pack inside a snapdeal plastic envelope.
The package when opened has got at least one flask in broken condmajeechaon.
I wish to return the same.
I have already ordered 4 steel flasks vide order no 3538171736.
Snapdeal sent a collection courier and I handed over all the flasks as is condmajeechaon to the delivery person and he gave me a receipt.
I have received refund for 1 flask but not for the other three. Apparently snapdeal only considers the return on the website order return page and not the mails written to them.
I have been corresponding with help@snapdeal.com for the last 5 weeks and I get calls from different customer service people but the matter has not yet been sorted.
I have been a regular customer from Snapdeal and have had quite a good experience in the past. Even after this problem I have ordered a few items and have not faced any issues.
I request Snapdeal to resolve this issue immediately so that they retain a loyal customer.
