Snap deal or Scam deal or Spam deal i am confused

I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG GALAXY FIT S5670 FROM SNAP DEAL ON 17TH JAN 2012 WITH ORDER NO 313110073, THE WEBSITE ASSURES A DELIVERY WITHING 7-10 WORKING DAY’S BUT ITS MORE THAN 12 WORKING DAYS AS ON NOW BUT THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN DISPATCHED FROM SNAPDEAL.COM. WHEN I CALLED THE customtakeoutER CARE A COMPLAINT WAS LODGED ON 27TH JAN 2012 ON TO WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT MY COMPLAINT WOULD BE ATTENTED IN 24-48HOUR’S. BUT THE COMPLAINT WAS NOT ATTENTED ASSURED IN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME NOR I WAS PROVIDED WITH A FEEDBACK FOR THE SAME. FINALLY AGAIN I HAD TO CALL THE customtakeoutER CARE AND TELL THEM ABOUT MY ISSUE AND ASKING FOR STATUS I WAS ASSURED THAT IT WOULD BE DONE AND THE PRODUCT SHALL REACH TO ME IN 3-4 MORE DAYS. BUT I FEEL AS ON DATE NO DISPATCH DETAILS HAS BEEN PROVIDED YET SO HOW CAN EXPECT FROM THE WEBSITE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT ON TIME.? PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME WITH THE SAME.

If this happens the it would say as people said it is scam deal or fake deal but I hope snapdeal proves me and other’s wrong but let’s see what time brings along. haha snapdeal people at least reply for the same.
