Fraud Website & Pathetic Customer Care

I ordered lenovo laptop from Snapdeal on 9th Aug, 2013. It was supposed to deliver me on 14th Aug. Laptop has not delivered to me yet 17 Aug. Snapdeal has sent this product from very unknown courier "Chhotu Courier" which do not have any contact no. Single Contact no. mentioned on their website is switched off. From last 5 days, the status shown for product is "IN TRANSIT".


On checking with snapdeal customer care executive, they simply telling me wait for 1-2 days more every time. On asking when it will be delivered, they don’t have answers. As I want laptop bit urgently, I asked them to cancel the order & refund my money so that I can purchase same from market. But they are telling me they cant do it.


I made a SIN ordering goods from snapdeal & request you all not to order single product from snapdeal or you will also face same things.
