Two items ordered. No complaints so far.

I have bought dozens of items from Flipkart, Jabong, Myntra and even from Sports365 & playgroundonline.com but never from Snapdeal.

However it was my mates birthday and I was thinking of gifting him a pen. Ran a google search and found out that it was being sold cheapest by some bloke on Snapdeal.

I have always had my reservations about websites like Snapdeal which are nothing more than facilitators for 3rd party sellers. There is no guarantee in it and the guy could send me rocks if he wished.

So ordered a blue coloured Sheaffer. Received a black coloured Sheaffer. Truth was it better than the blue. But it got me wondering, what if the next time I get something worse than what I ordered.

So just to check if my intuitions are right ordered another pen last week. Received the Pen yesterday and it was exactly what I ordered.

So cannot complain. So next time I would be keen to compare prices on both flipkart & snapdeal before I order.
