Hi,


I placed an order and then want to return this product as it was not fitting in my filter.


I created a return request asking money to be refunded to my source account.


as I need money urgently, I want the money in my freecharge account.


so I cancel above return request, thinking that in the new request I will ask money to be given to my freecharge account.


I was not able to re-initiate the return request.


so I callled snapdeal customer care and told them this problem.


cc told me its ok they will create new return request where money will be given to freecharge account.


after this I called cc 6 times on 30th aug, 1st, 4th, 6th, 10th and 14th of sep for the item to be picked up and refund the money.


they keep on telling me it will happen.they even share with me courier partner contact no and request id.


today suddenly they say a sorry and told they will not take back the product.


?


I did not get the logic.


since they told me it will be picked up and as it was not fitting in my filter I purchased a cartiradge locally and started using it.


what I will do with this item and I dont understand logic of saying no today.
