Snapdeal.com is one of the great shopping websites and also one of my preferred and trusted.
I love their range of products, categories and comparative offers. Delivery is usually faster than their committed time. I never order stuff to be delivered in rural area though.
I always got my stuff delivered at my relatives place .they live in city so I am not sure how good they are at delivering in rural area.
They are pretty good at following up in case you miss the delivery.
Email Comms are great too. Packaging is usually very safe as per product sensitivity. Never had any torn or broken products. Product description is also very close to real product.Overall I am happy with it. I never tried their app though.
