To. Cheater Snapdeal and their dealers.
This is regarding the Order no: 2124629083, this order has been cancelled from end without any intimation and worst part is your executive( Miss Onika) has attitude to talk to their customer. I felt that I am talking to a world worst customer care executive. I have not received any mail for cancellation and your executive( Onika) was telling that we will arrange a mail for you, like she was doing some kind of obligation/favor( ehsaan) on me.
I have purchased 2 tyres, instead I can say I did a mistake of buying 2 tyres from your website, I have already paid whole amount through my credit card and the credit card bill has been generated. Now you will return me only that amount which I paid you, but who will pay the interest part for 1 month and what about the discount and benefit which I earned for that duration. I don’t have words since I am getting answer from executive that you don’t have warehouse, and you procure and act as Broker. So if you don’t check your database before putting on website, then better make yourself as a cheap broker then a trader. Executive has given me excuse that it is not available with that particular dealer, but when I checked that, it is still available with same dealer with different price.

Worst part was, snapdeal marketing person and dealer called and tried to convince to accept with TUBE TYRES on the same price on which I have ordered for tubeless tyres. Dealer was giving me excuse that there is no tubeless tyres in this segment, but when I explained the whole story about that tubeless tyres are there in market.
If you have any kind of ownership for your customer then you can have clarity from other vendors for his excuse and blacklist your dealer who are cheating with client, since tyres must be lying with dealer but he want more profit. So the moral of the story is that I am cheated with snapdeal.com and their dealers, and I should post my opinion to mouthshut, and you guys except your cheating case on different forum.
