Bad terms & condition

I have ordered a top from snapdeal on 8th October & estimated time of delivery was 13 October as per their mail .I was out of town for 2 days & they have deliver the product next day without any prior information(either through mail or SMS).


When I came back from my tour I found that packet on 12th October. The top was pathetically loose to me.I have called snap deal people but they said now the 48 hrs has been over.so we cant do anything this time.The same thing happened earlier as well, very bad service. My order no was - 752780488

Hi Neha,We have checked the details of your Order number: 752780488. As per our system, the Order was placed on October 8th and was delivered to you the next day which was October 9th. We do consider replacement of the product but only if the concern is brought to our notice within 48 hours. We understand your problem also but our vendors has some certain policies and they do not accept or carry on the replacement post 48 hours of the delivery. So at present we will not be able to help you with this. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
