Pathetic Customer Service 0 Committment

Fellow Reviewers and Readers, This is what the response I have been getting from Snapdeal for a product ordered on 8th of October. Per the latest records my washing machine is happily sitting in one of the snapdeal’s warehouses and happily laying eggs and hence giving birth to new ones.;-)


Below are the mail excerpts with dates and shipping status: Mail 1:(No Response): 18th Oct


Shipping Status: Ready for courier pickup. Hi Team, Its been close to 10 days since I ordered this product and I was just informed today morning about further delay of 72 hours. It’s very disappointing and saddening to know about this delay. I can not wait for week after week for this shipment to be delivered. Please confirm the date when it will be done.

Hi Pratik, We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery and delay in response. This should not have happened. product has been delivered to you on 17th Nov. Hope your issue is resolved.
