Recently I buy 2 items from snapdeal.com (Order number is 1025160816 and 1031922329 ) but I got both the item are of different size. Then I have send a mail to them but didn’t get any reply. After some days I make a call to them and they told me we will arrange shipping for you to take the product back and then you will get the money. they arrange the shipping and took the products back.
After some days I called them and ask for the money then they told me they have given me Snapdeal cash which is valid from 1 year.
It means with the refund amount again I have to buy something even though I don’t to buy anything.
So there are 2 main problem due to which I never recommend to do shopping with this site
Sending the products, different than we buy (Always for me)
Provide the refund inform of snapdeal cash but didn’t give money back
