Do not buy from Snapdeal

I ordered a phone by 31 DEC 2013 and shipping date given as 1 Jan 2014.

Seller name: Kanna Electronics.

Product not even shipped till today. I sent multiple mail and I called customer care. I get the same answer stating that it will be shipped soon.I am frustrated by multiple follow ups.

They did the same thing around 6 months back for Altec Lansing speaker and cancelled the order at the end. They screwed up again this time.

I am never ordering through Snapdeal again.
