It is not advisable to combine more than one product in a single order with Snap Galaxy, They are very poor in execution. They have vendors across the country and each product will get delivered at its own pace.
My order no is 131130-093620-Myo. I ordered for one set of carnations, one photo pillow and "all time love chocolates" for my fiancee. How romantic it would have been if all those were delivered together? But Snap Galaxy team could not execute it that way.
They delivered the carnations in two days and the photo pillow in 4 days. They are yet to deliver the chocolates I have ordered for. But they have mailed me the delivery confirmation for the order placed.
There is no one in Snap Galaxy to reply for my mails. There is no customer care number provided. They have a landline number displayed in the website, which is unattended always.
Don’t club products in a single order with Snap Galaxy. Highly disappointed.
