I bought a sofa for 44K and the next week it lost stitches, they took 2 weeks to provide a service and behaved as if they are doing a favor to me.
After six months sofa lost it’s shape, especially the sitting position and the stiffness.I adjusted for another 4 months and placed all old cloths below in the sofa sitting to bring it a shape.
After couple of months most of the stitches of sofa are gone and they promised to do the service and rectify this after Dasara.I called after Dasara, they advised me to call after Moharrum.After Mohurram they advised me to in the first week of November.
In the first week of November they asked me to call on Sunday.After calling Sunday got notified that the service people will visit my home in an hour, for which I waited for 2 to 3 years in the entire evening of Sunday.
Monday morning they said that I have not picked the phone.(They never called me to pick)
I have given my land line number, my wife’s mobile number apart from my mobile number as alternate numbers. I have not got a single call to any of the phones and they claim they called me and I didn’t pick the phone. Entire Sunday evening I was waiting for their call, I couldn’t understand why they need to lie, if they can’t do the service.
Now they are saying to schedule a service, I need to call them after Diwali on 15th November.Most annoying part is their behavior is very pleasing till you buy, and they never behaved professionally after buying.
