I have read many reviews where people were saying that its a good energy drink.first of all its not an energy drink it is Milk.
Im allergic to lactose so I was searching for options so that I could replace it with milk and I got Soya Milk.
Soya milk is free from lactose and filled with nutrients protein and calcium you can see all those things on the pack.
The thing you should keep in mind is if you have soya allergy then avoid it there are many other options out there like almond milk or coconut.
Soya milk is healthy but you should consume it in a desired quantity not more than a litre I guess, two glasses of soya milk is more than enough.
Its light and tastes good : ) I love the sugar free one for obvious reasons it doesnt contains sugar but you can go for chocolate, kesar and vanilla too they are tastier than the sugar free one because of added flavour.
It makes me feel active throughout the day and thats the best thing coz plain milk would made me feel dizzy : (
