I recently bought this health drink for my family. Soya milk provides good proteins, and is great for health. Especially for those who have a milk allergy or are lactose intolerant.
A one litre tetra pack costs about Rs.99/- comparable with fruit juices. The pack can be stored for 9 months, 3 days after opening and under refrigeration. The only catch when it comes to Soya milk is the taste - the rough crude taste of soya. I had tried the natural flavour ages ago, and disliked it completely.
But I recently tried the Chocolate flavour in Sofit - it has just the mild flavour of soya and the rest is completely yummy and chocolatey. Even the Kesar-Pista flavour is good, but Chocolate is better. With this improvement in taste, I think this can easily become a part of anybody’s diet. A good health drink; Thumbs up!
