The club is well equipped and the equipment is good. The air conditioning is also good and ample. The generator backup is excellent and lights are on the moment MSEB cuts the supply.
So overall excellent ambiance and equipment. Well thought out concept.
The problem is there is no control over the trainers. Some of the trainers like one called "Aditya" loiter around without guiding the people. Sometimes trainers like Aditya can be found just surfing the channels without getting up to instruct. If you go to any other trainer then he will direct to some one else and so on and finally you are on your own.
If you know how to use the equipment then this is a excellent club. But if you dont then these trainers will create an environment where by you are forced to pay for a "Personal Trainer". The normal trainers are expected to help and guide at least for a few days if not weeks. But they will not help or train how to use the equipment. They will conspire to force you into getting a personal trainer.
I found the trainer assigned to me called Aditya to be totally disinterested. Adiitya was always busy on his cell reading and sending SMSs.
The club should take regular feedback of the trainers and act on the feedback.
