I have been visiting Solaris gym for almost a year now. Before that I had worked out in several other gyms. I fell in love with Solaris gym at first sight. Their level of sanity, their professional approach, the features, discipline, interior architecture etc. everything seemed to be in place, just the way I liked it. Its a 3 floored building, dedicated to fitness. The lower one has reception, in front of which is the cardio room. Cardio room is full of trade mills, bicycles, and cross Ts. Plus, they gave 4 television sets to help you stay away from boredom. They are arranged on the sides, so there is ample of room for ab exercise, and other floor level exercises. Second floor consists of several weight building instruments. I can assure you that if you set your own routine, you will get 100% results. There are personal trainers as well, but they are a bit costly. Gym fees is around 1800 per month. Personal coach is 1800+ 5000 rupees per month. Talking about the third floor, it is dedicated to yoga, super cardio and kick boxing. They have classes everyday for cardio, where the trainers make sure that people sweat it out. I get drenched every time I hit the super cardio class. I found two drawbacks - there is no swimming pool, and second as I said the personal trainer fees is high. But that would not stop you from taking the membership fees. There is separate boys room and girls room for changing and bathing. They are spacious and clean. Physical security is also tight - you need to finger print verification before you enter. You get calls when your membership is expiring. You get a systematic bill on email once you pay the fees. I would definitely recommend this to you.
