This is the most frustrating experience is ever had with Solitaire Honda.a car that was given for repairs in April 2016 still stands undelivered. The monies have been paid and yet my vehicle stays with you.
Every time the vehicle is ready for pick up, there is some problem. Why does this happen every time? Don’t you have service personnel to check the vehicle prior to delivery. We have always informed you of when we are coming to take delivery. But, always the vehicle is checked just before delivery and the vehicle goes back into the workshop. This is now close to 18 months. All it needed was the rear portion dent and damaged lights to be fixed. Isn’t this a shame?
I am at the end of my patience. I want Solitaire to pay me one year’s depreciation and one year insurance, otherwise I am not taking delivery of the vehicle. If this is not acceptable to you. Let me know.
