I booked a Solo cab for the date 25th July 2023 to 28th July 2023 for which my pick up point was Bandra( Mumbai) & drop point was Bhainder( Mumbai) but on 28th July driver and Solo cab management team ask me to leave the cab around 6PM at Kharghar road which was 50 km far from Bhainder, there was heavy rain I communicated/ requested a lot with driver and cab team but no one responded me with positive notes, i have my family with me along with my children also because of heavy rain no other cab accepted my ride i stayed on highway along with my family members for three- four hours, after that i found one car for which i paid 3000 rs.
Basically very worst service its completely different from what they communicated, please don’t go for it no one will respond you via call or email when you needed them most
