Ridiculous Service

This is my first &last time I used this service. I booked a can on 3rd July for 5:30 AM with my family, and paid the advance booking amount of 1272 & got the booking confirmation mail. But after that no response or any acknowledgement sk far. Even they have not yet refund my advance booking amount. I tried calling multiple times to multiple numbers. Today some one is telling to have patience, I don’t understand his words, whether they are testing my patience. After 15 days again they are expecting customers to keep patience & they will loot our hard earning money. I believe those who have given positive feedback are all paid users, other wise a genuine company will never do like this. They have never called me back so far.
