Three weeks before, I purchased a Sonata watch from a watch dealer and it stopped working within a week. I took to the dealer who changed its machine from another watch. Surprisingly, it again stopped working after two days.I requested the shop owner to change the watch.He said, "Titan has not allowed us to do so and argued that it is your fault and the company is not responsible for the same".I have sent a legal notice to the company stating my grievance and refund.
