Some of my friends join that fitness Club but only after one month they left that gym. The reason was that they don’t have much equipments and also the machine they provide is not in good condition.
The way of doing exercises are also not good and perfect which can harm the body or may have bad affects. So that if you are doing any types of exercise you have to do it perfectly.
They said me that all these things so that onec I visited there and saw their equipments and the trainer to. The cost is also to high as compared to other gym near by that.
