Jeffrey Archer just might be the next Robin Hood.

Fletcher Davenport Nat Cartwright

Jeffrey Archer’s new book ’’SOns Of Fortune’’ is a must read. It has an amazing plot, but a very disappointing ending.

The story deals with two twins who are separated at birth. Nat Cartwright and Fletcher Davenport are forced to grow up separately. Once, during their school years, they fall in love with the same girl during a hockey match, but they do not meet.

They go to separate colleges and soon one of them, Fletcher, (I think), joins the army. He saves a fellow officer’s life, and earns himself the medal of honour.

Nat, becomes one of the most influencial lawyers.

Later, both brothers both stand for elections, still unaware that they are brothers. But Fletcher is charged for murder of a Ralph Elliot, so, Nat represents him in court. This is the high point of the story, not only is one candidate getting the other out of trouble, but this is when they begin to realise how similar they are. Fletcher wins the case, and the two contest against each other in the Senatorial Elections. The ballot boxes are counted thrice, and each time, the votes were equal. It is decided at the end of the story that the elections be determined by the toss of a coin. The winner of the toss is not revealed.

I would recomend that you read this book, because it is very entertaining. The author describes the events in detail, and the reader understands the charachters emotions very well.
