Sonu as an actor is nothing but as a singer he is one of the most amazing singers in the world coz he has his own style and he doesn’t copy anyone. does he? even if he copies someone then I wud say that copying someone is an art itself, not everybody can do that.
He has diversity in his voice which is very soothing...he doesn’t adopt same style of singing in every song, in his latest album ’’Chanda ki Doli’’ he tried something different but noone did appreciate that. even I didn’t like that album too much b’coz I had expected a bit better work from him as a musician. he given Adnan Sami type Composition to his album which I didn’t like at all but his other private albums like ’’Deewana’’, ’’Jaan’’ and ’’Yaad’’ were absolutely great. as far as his other non-album songs are concern, the list is infinite but still ’’Zindagi maut na ban jaaye, sandese aate hain, panchhi nadiya, kal ho na ho, tanhaai from dil chahta hai, deewana dil from pardes, pihu bole-piya bole from parineeta, suraj hua madhham and that qawali song from main hoon na are those songs that any singer can’t even think to sing better than sonu, he is the master of all present singers. is not he?
i don’t think anyone has any sort of doubt abt that.
