Worst Customer Care Service And Sony TV

I have bought Sony Nx650 40 inch TV on November 2012. It was fine till July 26th 2013. On July 27th on wards I can see a blue color horizontal cross line is the TV and image got duplicated sometimes. I have raised a complaint with Sony on 31st July 2013. After two days, service guy came and check the problem. He said we have to change the panel.


It is already 20 days over, I didn’t get any response from service center and customer care service. I have inquired the status of my service request and the customer service guy in other side simply cut the call. Worst product (Problem within 7 months) and service (No proper response).


So think twice before buying SONY TV. This is my experience.
