I just want to share my bad experience, so that if any one want to buy Sony Smart TV they should think twice. The committed features of this product (Sony Bravia KDLW850A) do not work.
Worst Service. Lack of proper technical knowledge to the the service/sales team on the product. Below are the details:
I brought Sony LED Smart 3D TV (Sony Bravia KDLW850A) from Yes Mart spending 80+. While purchasing the TV sales person refined about features of the TV, and showroom supervisor also commented that the best in class service and product.
By the words of showroom supervisor and Sony brand name I bought the TV on 3rd and installed on 4th Nov. Most of the smart TV features are not working and I logged a complaint on 5th till now nothing is resolved.
I wrote couple of mails to Sony care and marketing department with no luck. So friends, if your are planning to buy Sony Smart TV I request to think twice, because Sony doesn’t have the ability to support this product.
