I bought this TV in the year 2017.When I observed blurred images after 4 years sony assigned the repair service to a third party.That guy visited my house and without any testing he told that panel is out of order.When we insisted him he opened the TV set and told that display is out of order andbit will cost rs 20000.Without any testing he took away rs 480 .(200+ 280).We just wasted our money because we asked sony to send authorised person and they cleverly assigned this to a third party who just are not trained to test and repair the faults This is the worst experience we had by purchasing a sony product
