I have not seen such a delicate screen.I have used this tv and sony xperia smartphone as well.Screen of both of them are so delicate and sometimes it cracks by itself.Service centres also do not repair under warranty
blamming customer’s mishandle.Once screen gets cracked xperia takes 10000 for repair or replacement and this tv takes 16000 to 30000 for repair.So, I think company has made such products only to grab the mony or exploit its customers.I urge all the viewers not to buy such products and file the case if possible in consumer courts and protect indian customers from being looted by these foreign products
