I have bought Sony BRAVIA KLV-24R402A led on 05.03.2016. My friend suggest me so I bought this product. It’s look also nice I saw the led and Like it so I bought it. Then the service team of the sony came to my home for it’s Installation . On 07.03.2016 there was a problem on the screen of led, some black line on the display. Then I contact the retailer, He told me for change HDMI cord.
Then I change a Hdmi cord but same problem again. Then I went to retailer shop. There I booked a complain, He told me for technician will be reach In 3-4 working days. But they not reach till today. I dislike it.
