3 years back I purchased Sony Bravia LED TV. But after five to six month the tv not working properly. start and close automatically so I call customer care service but the customer service is terrible. I have a problem with my new 24 inch TV shutting off. I called the service number and was told to hook up the IR blaster and that my problem would stop.(It did not.) I thought my problem was my cable box, after getting a new one my problem slowed for a while but did not go away. It started to get worse. Knowing my 1 year warranty was coming up I called the service dept. to get this problem resolved. After running through some test, I was told that I was covered and this would be taken care off. I was to wait for good response, but I didnt recieve.I will never buy a sony Products again.
