Sony’s Sevice centre at Vaishali authorised to J P Electronics Ghaziabad are totally cheating consumers in the name of false and shoddy repairs.
Further they are telling open lies about repairs. Sony’s executives are openly supporting these service centres for reasons which are not clearly understood. Sony India team is totally helpless and hopeless in customer service and stiffness is on top of their mind.
